I really loved the place and was very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness stood out immediately — everything felt fresh and well-kept. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. The shower was also a highlight — strong water pressure and modern design. It truly felt like attention was paid to both comfort and detail.

The rooms was really spacious and the beds were super comfy. Everything was also super clean and the staff is super nice. They were also very helpful (as we had car issues and were waiting for the adac). 10/10 would book again

Right across the big shopping center. We were there for shopping and then an event in the evening. The breaksfast is worth to buy, had a lot of varieties. It lasts until 12:00 in the weekends which is a big bonus. The staff was flexbile to let us check out 1 hour later. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Very nice breakfast, loads to chose from. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, porridge, etc. Nice selection of different fresh fruit. For desert there is cake an muffins, also yogurt and other great snacks.

Parking was uncomplicated, Junior suite was large and enough, with a sofa and a bench seat. Spare electrical sockets were available (even 2x USB-A beside the beds). The bed was comfortable with a choice of 2 pillows, a sleeper and a sit up pillow. Bedside lighting was excellent. I found the breakfast good.

We wanted to visit Westfield CentrO for some shopping and to see the Christmas markets. This hotel is at the perfect location to do so, since it's only a few minutes walking away. The bar downstairs is well priced and open 24/7. Room wise, the bathroom is great and the beds were comfy (even if the pillow was a bit soft for me). The staff was nice and helpful, just great overall.

It's located walking distance from Centro. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. We had a family room with bunk bed, which our daughter loved. The room has a little fridge and toiletries are provided. We only stayed for one night but would definitely book again.

Breakfast was amazing. Will suite everyone's taste and appetite, fresh food buffet, nice selection of cereals and tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, etc. Yogurt and cake for desert. fresh fruit and muffins.

Silent and confortable room and bathroom. Price was high, but there was no many options around.

Location was great - we had an event at Schalke football stadium and it was 20min down the road. Staff were very friendly. Parking was secure and easy to manage.
